Athreya Research Foundation established various divisions to smoothly implement its objectives.
Athreyam Hospital :-
The hospital, famous for decades, syntesizes all modern amenities for Ayurveda and holistic treatment methods .Set in a tranquil environ and salubrious climate to facilitate mental rejoicing and quick convalescence.
The hospital is situated at Pampadi, Thiruvilamala, Thrissur Dist., the land on the lap of river Bharatapuzha and blessed by Lord Vilwadrinatha Temple.
Spread out to a sprawling acres of land consisting of a sylvan pool, a vegetable garden, many fruit-bearing trees, medicinal herbs, shrubs and aromatic breeze, the hospital compound reminisces of an ancient Thapovana (hermitage), which helps in stress removal and inner peace.
The picturesque scenes of surfing green magical beauty all around, away from all kinds of pollutions and the panoramic views beckon you for a soothing experience while undergoing treatment with minimum expenses – of time, energy and money.
Athreyam Out Patient Divisions :-
Currently outpatient units are functional at Ernakulam Dist (Aluva, and Kakkanad) and Thrissur Dist (Athreyam Ayurvedic hospital, Thiruvilwamala)
Athreyam Pharmacy:-
Currently pharmacy units are functional at Ernakulam Dist (OP unit, Aluva) and Thrissur Dist (Athreyam Ayurvedic hospital,Thiruvilwamala). Athreyam pharmacy has active collaboration with GMP certified Ayurveda Drug manufacturing Unit at Aluva and provides customised services.
Athreyam Botanical Garden & Athreyam Herbal/ Medicinal Garden :-
A member of Botanic Botanic Garden Conservation International (BGCI), we have our herbal and botanic garden at two locations: Nohima, Aluva, Ernakulam Dist and Thiruvilwamala, Thrissur Dist with more than 1500 species of floral diversity.
Athreyam Research and Development:-
Research & Development wing of Athreya Research Foundation has been keen in implementing and elaborating the facilities of Athreyam Research infrastructure through its multi directional perspectives. Its primary focus is on disseminating the traditional knowledge hidden in the science of Ayurveda and other alternate approaches for human well being to a wider scientific community
Athreyam Publishing group:-
Publish Newsletter/ Magazines/ Text books for/towards the objectives of the Trust. Currently publishing a Biannual Journal of Bio-Medical Reports
Centre for Advanced Research
Centre for Advanced Research (CAR) was established on June 2017 under the R & D wing of Athreya Research Foundation. The Centre is mainly focussed on socially relevant research in the fields of health care and biodiversity in addition to its extension activities. The Centre coordinates all Research activities of the trust and acts as the platform for cross talk between the various divisions in a scientific perspective.
Sree Sankara Thapovanam International Yoga Training Centre:-
The centre is a dedicated to yoga, meditation and holistic well being. We provide services which facilitate relaxation and rejuvenation; provide an opportunity to de stress and clear the mind to establish overall well being of mind and body. The mind- body synchronization and relaxation is boosted by the exploration of nature in Tapovanam.
Athreyam Gausamprakshananidhi (cattle protection):-
This division is dedicated for the protection and maintenance of indigenous breeds of cattle in India.
Athreyam Annadhanam : –
Currently the trust is giving Annadhanam at Athreyam Campus Thiruvilvamala, Trichur Dist.
