yogaday

On June 21, 2023, the Athreya Research Foundation organized a remarkable celebration in honor of International Yoga Day. The event witnessed the participation of people from various sectors, who came together to engage in yoga classes, meditation sessions, and informative workshops. The day was filled with positive energy and enthusiasm, as individuals gathered to promote holistic well-being and inner peace.

The event featured a variety of yoga classes suited for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. The experienced instructors guided participants through asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques, enabling them to deepen their understanding and practice.

Meditation sessions were conducted throughout the day, providing individuals with an opportunity to quiet their minds and cultivate inner peace. These sessions allowed participants to explore different meditation techniques, such as mindfulness, loving-kindness, and transcendental meditation. The serene ambiance created a conducive environment for individuals to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with their inner selves.

By celebrating International Yoga Day, the Athreya Research Foundation succeeded in raising awareness about the transformative power of yoga and meditation. The event encouraged individuals to incorporate these practices into their daily lives, fostering a healthier and more balanced society.
